THE NEXT PHASE WILL NOT BE IMPLEMENTED UNTIL SUFFICIENT FUNDS ARE RAISED. FUTURE EPENDITURES ARE ESTIMATED TO BE IN EXCESS OF $3 MILLION. DURING 2022 THERE WERE PROJECT EXPENDITURES MADE IN THE AMOUNT OF $800,000. IN 2022 THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS REQUESTED AND RECEIVED A CONTRIBUTION OF $800,000 FROM THE STATE OF SC.
