Cross Culture Network, Ethiopia Project and Operation Christmas Child This aspect of JWI ministers to international students in our geographical area. Through this outreach to local campuses, JWI touches the lives of students from many countries. The students come from across the globe, but are mostly from countries in Asia, Africa, Central America and South America. By assisting international students in navigating through the process of finding apartments and related household needs, Cross Culture Network connects with students in meaningful ways. The students are invited to join in dinner parties, trips and conferences that give opportunities to develop relationships and share the Gospel with them. Joshuas Way is also the local center for collection and distribution of the shoebox gifts. Due to the difficulties of travel in the region, the pace of UVP surgeries slowed considerably. However, we anticipate this situation changing and UVP surgeries increasing in number as well as our support during the coming fiscal year.
