RIDING WITH HEART SERVES CHILDREN AND ADULTS AGES 3-65+ WITH PHYSICAL, COGNITIVE, AND/OR EMOTIONAL DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH RECREATIONAL AND HEALTH RELATED EQUINE THERAPIES. THE PROGRAMS THAT RIDING WITH HEART OFFER ARE ADAPTIVE THERAPEUTIC HORSEBACK RIDING, SOCIAL SKILLS FOR CHILDREN ON THE AUTISM SPECTRUM, MOMMY & ME, HIPPOTHERAPY AND SUMMER CAMP. ADDITIONALLY, RIDING WITH HEART PROVIDES INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR AT-RISK TEENS FROM A RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM THAT HAVE EMOTIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL SPECIAL NEEDS, SOCIAL SKILLS GROUP FOR CHILDREN ON THE AUTISM SPECTRUM AND A WORK STUDY PROGRAM FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES. THE POPULATION RIDING WITH HEART SERVES HAVE PHYSICAL, COGNITIVE AND/OR EMOTIONAL DISABILITIES.
