Journal of Management (JOM) & Journal of Management Scientific Reports (JOMSR) SMA in conjunction with SAGE Publications produces the internationally recognized JOM Journal of Management. In 2023 SMA launched JOMSR. JOM is published 6-8 issues per year while JOMSR is expected to be published 4-6 issues per year. The Journal of Management highlights outstanding theoretical and empirical research contributions to the field of management and includes a yearly review of management and is provided to all members of SMA.
