The Global Field Evangelism network of national evangelists exists in 14 countries in Africa: Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. These teams work all year round preaching in villages, market-places, prisons, high schools, colleges, and at Jesus Film shows. They are funded to do these meetings and receive personal support from the US ministry of SWEA. This year they conducted 28,512 separate meetings. They preached to over 24,654,000 people and recorded over 22,619,000 individuals who indicated a decision for Christ. They also held 173 seminars where they trained 36,842 pastors, evangelists, and lay-people on how to do personal evangelism and how to conduct church-wide and mass evangelism events. We purchased 6 vehicles to use for evangelistic purposes: 1 in Burundi, 2 in Rwanda, 2 in Tanzania, and 1 in Uganda.
