THESE PERSONAL SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDE THESE MOST "FRAIL" SENIORS PROLONGED INDEPENDENCE AND THE ABILITY TO AGE IN PLACE. TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO HUD DEFINED HOMELESS SENIOR RESIDENTS MOVING INTO PERMANENT HUD AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
