THROUGH AN ANNUAL FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN AND STRATEGIC INVESTMENT PROCESS, FUNDS ARE DIRECTED TO HIGH-IMPACT LOCAL NONPROFIT PARTNERS PROVIDING ESSENTIAL HUMAN SERVICES. IN ADDITION TO GRANTMAKING, THE ORGANIZATION SERVES AS A COMMUNITY CONVENER, WORKING WITH NONPROFITS, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, AND STAKEHOLDERS TO IDENTIFY PRIORITY ISSUES AND IMPLEMENT COORDINATED SOLUTIONS.
