IFD IS ALSO A RESOURCE FOR RECRUITING MINORITIES FOR SENIOR LEADERSHIP POSITIONS IN HOSPITALS. THERE IS AN ONLINE DATABASE FOR HOSPITALS TO POST OPEN POSITIONS, AND FOR INDIVIDUALS TO POST THEIR RESUMES. BEYOND THIS SERVICE, IFD MAINTAINS A CONFIDENTIAL REGISTRY OF SENIOR EXECUTIVES. IFD PROVIDES PROCEDURES FOR DEVELOPING CULTURALLY COMPETENT ORGANIZATIONS INCLUDING STAFF EDUCATIONAL TOOLS AND SUBJECT MATTER, INCLUDING CONTENT AND STATISTICS.
