HOUSING ALLOWANCE: THE PRESIDENT OF LYNN UNIVERSITY IS REQUIRED TO OCCUPY UNIVERSITY OWNED HOUSING AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT AND FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE UNIVERSITY. THE BENEFIT IS EXCLUDED FROM TAXABLE COMPENSATION PURSUANT TO IRC SECTION 119 BUT IS INCLUDED AS NONTAXABLE COMPENSATION.
