HARLEM TENANTS ASSOCIATION PROVIDES HOUSING FOR 126 FAMILIES OF LOW AND MODERATE INCOME. HARMLEM TENANTS ASSOCIATION HELPS ADVANCE AND PROMOTE THE SUSTAINABILITY FOR THE WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY. THE ASSOCIATION PROMOTES HEALTHY FAMILIES BY PROVIDING A 2-ACRE COMMUNITY GARDEN. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO PROVIDES COMMUNITY AWARENESS AND CULTURE AWARENESS BY PROVIDING A COMMUNITY PARK. HTA PROVIDES AN ELECTRONIC DIGITAL SIGN TO KEEP THE COMMUNITY AWARE OF ALL EVENTS. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES MENTORING AND APPRENTICESHIP. THE RESOURCE ROOM IS EQUIPPED FOR TRAINING AND MEETING. THE FOOD DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM PROVIDES FOOD FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND A SUMMER FEEDING PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN. THE ASSOCIATION BUILT AN AMPHITHEATER BY CORPORATE SPONSORS THAT WAS COMPLETED IN 2025. A MONUMENTAL BRIDGE WAS ALSO BUILT IN 2025 FROM CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP.
