Chapters Health System, Inc. provides hospice care and services to patients and families through its hospice affiliates - LifePath Hospice, Inc., Good Shepherd Hospice, Inc., Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Inc., Hospice of Okeechobee, Inc., Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care Inc., Capital Hospice dba Capital Caring, and Hope Hospice and Community Service, Inc. All are not-for-profit hospice programs certified by the Federal Medicare Program and provide a wide range of palliative and supportive care services to help terminally ill patients, their families, and their loved ones. In addition, Chapters Health System is the sole member and operates three additional LLC's - Chapters Health Palliative Care, LLC; Chapters Health Pharmacy, LLC, and Chapters Health Staffing, LLC.
