THE MEETINGS REQUIRE HOTEL SITE VISITS TO SELECT MEETING HOTEL, NEGOTIATING WITH SELECTED HOTEL FOR SLEEPING ROOMS, MEETING ROOMS AND FOOD AND BEVERAGE NEEDS, ARRANGING FOR SPEAKERS ON VARIOUS BUSINESS ASPECTS OF THE MEMBERS OPERATION, CONDUCTING TRAINING MEETINGS, COMMITTEE AND BOARD MEETINGS.
