Utilizing available affordable home ownership mortgage products and homeowner education resources, our staff originates and services the new homeowner's financing needs. To date, West Volusia Habitat for Humanity has placed 103 families into a home of there own. Every new homeowner has contributed 300 hours of sweat equity, attended education classes and made a cash downpayment towards their home. West Volusia Habitat for Humanity adheres to a strict non-proselytizing policy and will not offer assistance on the expressed or implied cond- tion to convert or listen to an inducement to a particular faith.
