BUILDING HOMES FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES IN NEED OF SAFE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING IS THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE. THE ABOVE PROGRAM SERVICE EXPENSES PRIMARILY ARE THE MATERIALS COST OF HOMES TRANSFERRED TO HOMEOWNERS.
