THE MISSION OF THE MARINE RESOURCES COUNCIL (MRC) IS TO MAINTAIN AND ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF MARINE SYSTEMS FOR THE ECONOMIC, RECREATIONAL, AESTHETIC, AND ENVIRONMENTAL USE FOR THE PEOPLE OF FLORIDA.
