Training/Economic Opportunities - Pathlight Home serves individuals with barriers to employment through their programs, Pathlight Home Resource Center. Pathlight Kitchen culinary program offers 12-week basic culinary training including a food handler management certification, and ServSafe, and dining room and table service skills. 85% of Pathlight Kitchen culinary program participants obtained or maintained employment 6 months after the program, compared to only 12% who were employed prior to the program. During 2024 there were 170 participants in these training classes. Pathlight Employment Program - Employment counseling was offered to over 700 persons by our trained employment counselors. We also provided computers for job seekers to apply online and to search for jobs. We also provided classes in resume building, interviewing and job searching.
