THE PROGRAM IS FUNDED BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, AND THE AGENCY FOR HEALTHCARE ADMINISTRATION, THROUGH THE HEALTHY START MOMCARE NETWORK, TO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES TO ALL PREGNANT WOMEN AND INFANTS.
