Baptist Health Research Institute: BHRI is NE FL most comprehensive Hospital Based Research Institute. BHRI supports Research at all BMC Centers of Excellence which include Neurology, Neurosurgery Stroke, Neurosurgery Spine, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Infectious Disease, Bariatric and Orthopedics. BHRI also has the Neuro Research and Training Lab where hands-on surgical simulation instruction is provided to physicians, fellows, residents, etc. from the U.S. and abroad. BHRI handles all aspects of Research from Administrative and Regulatory support as well as financial reporting for the System. Through BHRI's affiliation with current Quality networks, the data collected assists the entire Health system to make sound decisions based on real-life data. During FY2024, BHRI participated in 69 trials divided between the specialties. Patients are enrolled on all campuses of Baptist Medical Center which makes for a diverse patient population in the clinical trials. Clinical Trials Office: The Clinical Trials Office provides research services for those patients seen at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center for their care and treatment. The Clinical Trials Office participated in 78 trials during FY2024. Cancer types studied include, but are not limited to Breast, Gynecologic, Lung & Chest, GI, Brain, and Skin.

Baptist Health Ambulatory Services, Inc. includes the Baptist Health Wellness Center locations at Nocatee, North, Riverside, Mandarin and Fleming Island areas. The Mandarin location opened in 2015 and celebrated another year of partnership between Baptist Health and the JCA. Baptist Health continued their commitment to connect with community members where they live, work and play. Baptist Health Wellness Centers offer wellness coaching, care navigation, and health screenings, including blood pressure, body composition, cholesterol, glucose, and triglyceride values. Each center offered a monthly health education schedule that included Talk with a Doc and Ask the Expert sessions that were free and open to the community, regardless of membership. Family/parenting classes and interactive holistic events were also held in the centers for a minimal fee. In fiscal year 2024, there were 260 community member screenings, 1,884 wellness coaching sessions, 1,683 coaching referrals, and 626 health education talks/programs with total participation and engagement of 7,073 individuals.

Corporate Health, d/b/a PATH, provides health and wellness services to employers located primarily in Northeast Florida, but may also have employee representation across the United States. PATH has over 60 local employer clients and they provide the following services: annual biometric screenings, care coordination, digital well-being engagement, wellness challenges, health coaching, wellness presentations, annual physicals for first responders and more. PATH exists to act as an extension of Baptist Health services and providers for the community through direct to employer relationships.
