In collaboration with Bridge The Gap, services were provided to approximately 16,000 to enhance the qualify of life for persons with disabilities especially the elderly. These services included providing fresh vegetables from the garden, distributing food through weekly food distribution program, and supplying personal care items. In addition,transportation was provided to assist with obtaining health care, groceries, and access other critical needs.
