INSTRUCTIONAL - INCLUDES ALL ACTIVITIES THAT ARE PART OF THE INSTITUTION'S PRIMARY MISSION.THE UNIVERSITY OF PIKEVILLE IS COMPOSED OF THE COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCES, THE COLEMAN COLLEGE OF BUSINESS, THE COLLEGE OF NURSING AND HUMAN SERVICES, THE KENTUCKY COLLEGE OF OPTOMETRY, THE KENTUCKY COLLEGE OF OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE, AND THE TANNER COLLEGE OF DENTAL MEDICINE. SINCE OUR FOUNDING, 16,585 UPIKE ALUMNI HAVE GONE ON TO BECOME LEADERS IN BUSINESS, EDUCATION, LAW, MEDICINE, AND MANY OTHER FIELDS. THE UNIVERSITY OF PIKEVILLE OFFERS AN OUTSTANDING LIBERAL ARTS BASED EDUCATION WITH 30 BACHELOR DEGREE PROGRAMS, FIVE ASSOCIATE DEGREE PROGRAMS, NINE CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS, THREE MASTER'S PROGRAMS, AND TWO PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS. STUDY ABROAD, EXPERIENTIAL AND SERVICE LEARNING, AND ATHLETIC OPPORTUNITIES ARE CENTRAL TO THE UPIKE EXPERIENCE AND STUDENT SUCCESS.
