FREE DAILY HOT MEAL PROGRAM - OUR PRIMARY FOCUS IS TO PROVIDE A NUTRITIOUS MEAL TO THOSE IN NEED. IN 2023, WE SERVED OVER 36,700 MEALS! AND WHILE HUNGER IS CERTAINLY AN ISSUE WITH THE POOR AND HOMELESS, A FURTHER CAUSE OF SUFFERING, WE BELIEVE, COMES FROM THE THREE PLAGUES OF LONELINESS, HELPLESSNESS, AND BOREDOM. WE DO OUR BEST TO COMBAT THESE BY TREATING EACH-AND-EVERY PERSON ENTERING HENRY HOSEA HOUSE AS IF THEY WERE DINING IN A FINE RESTAURANT, MEETING WITH FRIENDS, AND BUILDING COMMUNITY.
