We wrote and passed the Louisville Anti-Displacement Ordinance, with an unanimous vote from Metro Council, the first of its kind in the south. We got the first resident council elected in Liberty Green, with all tenant union members.We won a contract for the Liberty Green Resident Council for office space and a community room. We lead a tenant delegation to Washington DC to meet with the Federal Housing Finance AgencyWe lead two direct actions
