WE ORGANIZE OUR WORK IN THREE PRIMARY AREAS 1 NETWORKING FOR COLLABORATIVE CHANGE 2 EVENTS FOR PEACEMAKING AND COMMUNITY BUILDING AND 3 EDUCATION FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. OUR NETWORK IS DESIGNED TO HELP TRANSFORM LOUISVILLE INTO A CITY WHERE EVERYONE THRIVES OR CREATIVELY AND COLLABORATIVELY ADDRESSES ROOT CAUSES OF COMPLEX SOCIAL PROBLEMS. UTILIZING NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS COMPASSIONATE COMPANIES GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND SOCIAL INNOVATORS TO MAKE VITAL CONNECTIONS CULTIVATE COLLECTIVE WISDOM AND TAKE COLLABORATIVE ACTION AROUND AREAS OF MUTUAL INTEREST AND SHARED PASSION. IPP IS A REGIONAL EXPERT IN BRINGING TOGETHER DIVERSE GROUPS TO HOST EVENTS SUCH AS WORLD DAY OF PECE INTERFAITH IFTAR DINNER PEACE CONCERTS INTERFAITH COMMUNITY THANKSGIVING DARE TO CARE BOBBY ELLIS VIGIL TO END HUNGR PEACE LANTERN CEREMONY HONORING NUCLEAR HOLOCAUST SENSITIVITY RECIPE FOR PEACE HONORING LOCAL PEACEMAKERS OUR GLOBAL PEACE POSTCARDS PROGRAM AND A NUMBER OF GUN VIOLENCE REDUCTION ACTIVITIES. WE ALSO HOST LOCAL EVENTS IN COLLABORATION WITH OTHER PEACEMAKING ORGANIZATIONS TO BRING AWARENESS TO GLOBAL ISSUES WHERE FAITH ISSUES ARE CONCERNED TO PROVIDE A TEMPLATE FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD TO BETTER UNDERSTAND HOW DIFFERING FAITH COMMUNITIES CAN THRIVE TOGETHER. IN COLLABORATION WITH THE OFFICE FOR SAFE AND HEALTHY NEIGHBORHOODS OSHN WE WERE SELECTED TO BE A GRANT OWNER FOR THE CURE VIOLENCE INTERRUPTER PROGRAMS FUNDED NATIONALLY AND ADMINISTERED LOCALLY. WE ALSO SECURED A GRANT WITH OSHN TO HOST 300 ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE FOCUSED ON GUN VIOLENCE REDUCTION. WE ALSO PROVIDE ADVANCED ANALYTICS THRU SOCIAL NETWORK ANALYSES THAT PROVIDES RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONCLUSIONS ON HOW LEADERS OF FAITH COMMUNITIES CAN INTERACT AMONG COMMON COMMUNITY ISSUES.
