SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM: THIS PROGRAM HELPS EMPLOYEES AT KFC U.S. RESTAURANTS PURSUE THEIR DREAMS OF GOING TO COLLEGE. EMPLOYEES OF ANY AGE, ANY POSITION, PURSUING ANY DEGREE CAN RECEIVE MONEY TO HELP THEM ATTEND THE ACCREDITED FOUR-YEAR OR TWO-YEAR COLLEGE OF THEIR CHOICE. THE MONEY CAN ALSO BE USED AT TRADE/ VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS AND FOR GRADUATE STUDY. IN 2024, THIS PROGRAM PROVIDED 454 RECIPIENTS WITH COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS AND PROVIDED 403 RECIPIENTS WITH FREE-TUITION AT WESTERN GOVERNORS' UNIVERSITY.

KFC FAMILY FUND: THIS CRISIS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE TO KFC U.S. RESTAURANT EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE BEEN DIRECTLY IMPACTED BY A SEVERE HARDSHIP, CRISIS, OR CATASTROPHIC INCIDENT THAT WAS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE TEMPORARY, LIMITED FINANCIAL RELIEF. WHILE MONEY CAN'T ELIMINATE THE SORROW, IT CAN HOPEFULLY ELIMINATE SOME OF THE ADDED STRESS THAT OFTEN ACCOMPANIES IT. IN 2024, THE FAMILY FUND PROVIDED RELIEF TO 156 TEAM MEMBERS. SINCE THIS PROGRAM BEGAN IN DECEMBER 2015, IT HAS PROVIDED over $2,152,000 TO TEAM MEMBERS IN NEED.
