This includes after school, sports, arts and enrichment, Aquatics, and well-being programs. In 2025, the YMCA continued youth fitness initiatives, Including pre-teen fitness education; sports specific training and conditioning, and youth enrichment. Sports programs for youth, families, and adults promote teamwork, interaction, and development of social and physical skills. Our Silver Sneakers and aquatic exercise programs keep seniors active and flexible. Our instructional aquatics program helps develop physical and water safety skills in toddlers and youth. Our family swim program gives adults and children shared time in the pool to appreciate one another and promote intergenerational relationships. YMCA youth and teen programs such as Mindful Makers, year-long day camp and summer camp give kids good role models to help them develop self-esteem and good values, including cooperation, respect, citizenship, and a strong work ethic. Our family strengthening programs, such as family martial arts, daddy daughter dance, a community Trunk-or-Treat and annual Turkey Trot 5K and Fun Run at the YMCA provide an outlet for families to build stronger bonds while interacting with families of various socioeconomic backgrounds.
