Residential supports provide assistance with acquisition, retention, improvement of skills related to activities of daily living, such as personal grooming, cleanliness, bed making, household chores, eating, the preparation of food, social and adaptive skills necessary to enable the individual to reside in a non-institutional setting.Multi-Therapeutic Services, Inc. has developed a housing structure that seeks to provide safe and inviting community based housing for the consumers we support. In an effort to continuously improve the housing for the consumers we support, and to measure how effective we were in this area, we sought to ensure safe housing locations, accident reduction, variety of home choices and Consumer Satisfaction. Safe Housing - As measured by average number of safety violations, yielded 0% safety violations per home, per quarter. Accident Reduction - As measured by average number of accidents, yielded 10% reduction in accidents for the year.Variety of Home Choices - As measured by average number of homes visited, yeilded 50% increase in location visits for the year.Consumer Satisfaction - As measured by percentage of satisfied consumers and families, yielded 90% satisfaction with housing arrangements.
