In an effort to continuously improve the housing for the consumers we support, and to measure how effective we were in this area, we sought to ensure safe housing locations, accident reduction, variety of home choices and Consumer Satisfaction. Safe Housing - As measured by average number of safety violations, yielded 0% safety violations per home, per quarter. Accident Reduction - As measured by average number of accidents, yielded 10% reduction in accidents for the year.Variety of Home Choices - As measured by average number of homes visited, yeilded 50% increase in location visits for the year.Consumer Satisfaction - As measured by percentage of satisfied consumers and families, yielded 90% satisfaction with housing arrangements.
