OUR SUPPORT ALLOWS THOSE LEAD AGENCIES TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY OUTREACH, EDUCATION AND ENROLLMENT FOR MEDICAID, CHILDREN'S HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM (CHIP), THE HEALTHY INDIANA PLAN (HIP) AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT MARKETPLACE PLANS.
