Teach 22: Education, skills building, and training for job and economic development. OSW's historical mission has been to build leadership within the community by teaching and training valuable skills to individuals in the community to support growth of whole-person health, sustainable housing, and education. OSW has added farming, natural building, and land management skills to this. The organization trains people in basic farming and construction of basic farm infrastructure every year. OSW's Teach 22: Journeys programming is designed to give students a break from technology and virtual learning by giving them hands-on learning enrichment in natural settings such as farms and parks. Camp EarthPact during the summer, and Earth School during the school year, are the branches of Teach 22 youth programming OSW is currently refining.
