IDuring the school year, SciTech2U launched four Excel Beyond the Bell EBB programs at middle schools with support from the Montgomery County Collaboration Council, along with one elementary school program supported by the City of Gaithersburg. By midyear, the number of EBB programs expanded to eight. We strengthened our impact through partnerships with Techbridge Girls, delivering the Ignite and ChangeMakers engineering programs, and collaborated with Tech novation and the Gaithersburg Youth Center to provide STEM programming for girls.
