ESTABLISHING A RELATIONSHIP WITH LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS THAT EUTHANIZE IN AN EFFORT TO SAVE ABANDONED, HOMELESS AND SHELTERED DOGS AND AND ANIMALS FROM DEATH BY FOSTERING THOSE WHO CAN EVENTUALLY BE ADOPTED AND/OR BY KEEPING THOSE WHO HAVE NO REAL HOPE OF BEING ADOPTED, BUT STILL MAINTAIN A GOOD QUALITY OF LIFE.
