THE COLUMBUS CLUB CORPORATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO SERVE THEIR MEMBERS THROUGH ACCESS TO SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. THE CORPORATION WAS GRANTED EXEMPT STATUS FROM THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE IN SEPTEMBER 2019. VERY LIMITED PROGRAM SERVICES WERE CONDUCTED IN 2020 THROUGH 2024 BECAUSE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, ITS RECOVERY AND THE SALE OF THE BUILDING FACILITIES.THE MEMBERS OF THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS COUNCIL #1226, WHO ARE IN GOOD STANDING ARE MEMBERS OF THE COLUMBUS CLUB CORPORATION. MEMBERSHIP DUES TO THE COLUMBUS CLUB WERE WAIVED IN 2020 THROUGH 2024 BECAUSE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND ITS SLOW RECOVER AND LACK OF RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES ITS PLANNING PHASE AND EARLY PRODUCTION PHASE OF THE NEW BUILDING FACILITIES. THE ENTIRE PROCESS HAS BEEN VERY SLOW WITH DELAYS DUE TO COUNTY ZONING ISSUES AND SUPPLY (LACK THEREOF) ISSUES IN THE MARKET.
