The Nursing Center at Little Creek, Little Creek, is a small (38 Bed), faith-based nursing home providing high quality, compassionate care to those who are nearing end-of-life. While Little Creek works closely with home health agencies, hospice services, contract physical therapists, and various other contract medical providers to help our residents reach their highest possible level of physical wellbeing through traditional medical services, Little Creek also provides our residents a high quality vegetarian diet, frequent whirlpool bath experiences, a loving/caring nursing staff, a chaplain, available beauty services, a beautifully landscaped campus for outdoor experiences, and an engaging activities program. The results of the above-referenced combination of traditional medicine, healthy diet, whirlpool experiences, spiritual services, a loving/caring staff, and fresh air, all in keeping with Seventh-Day Adventist values, speak for themselves. Many residents who come to Little Creek with a very short life expectancy see a resurgence in health and much longer life. Quality of life, in many instances, is also improved, giving the residents and their families more days, months, even years of cherished memories now and hope for the life to come. Further, the Administrator, Director of Nursing, Plant Manager and Food Service Manager all live on campus and are available 24/7 to ensure the highest level of care possible, regardless of weather and/or natural disaster(s). Through its benevolent care program, Little Creek also offers qualifying residents the opportunity to apply for financial assistance with daily services.
