(1) MCM INTERNATIONAL SIGNED A 25 YEAR LEASE WITH A CHURCH ASSOCIATION IN HONDURAS. THE AGREEMENT COVERS 2 OLDER BUILDINGS AND A PIECE OF LAND LOCATED IN EL CARRETO, HONDURAS. MCM INTERNATIONAL WILL UPGRADE AND EXPAND THE FACILITIES TO OPERATE: PASTOR TRAINING CLASSES, HOUSE FOREIGN SHORT-TERM MISSION TEAMS AND BE THE HOME BASE FOR ALL MCM INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS IN HONDURAS. THERE IS ALSO A CHILDREN CENTER LOCATED IN LANGUE, HONDURAS THAT IS OPERATED BY MCM INTERNATIONAL. THE CHILDREN CENTER FEEDS, TEACHES ENGLISH, TEACHES BIBLE AND WORKS WITH THE LOCAL SCHOOLS FOR THE BENEFIT OF NEARLY 50 CHILDREN THAT THE CENTER WORKS WITH.(2) MCM INTERNATIONAL WAS GRANTED PERMISSION TO BUILD/REHAB A CHILDRENS CENTER INCLUDING A DORMITORY IN EL CARRETO, HONDURAS.
