PROVIDE COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM FOCUSED ON PETS OWNED BY LOW INCOME RESIDENTS. CONDUCT A SPAY-NEUTER CLINIC MONTHLY PAYING ALL COSTS FOR ELIGIBLE RESIDENT PET OWNERS. PROVIDE PET FOOD AND LITTER TO QUALIFIED SENIOR CITIZENS EVERY MONTH. RUN A TRAP/NEUTER/RETURN PROGRAM FOR STRAY/FERAL CATS. CATS ARE TRAPPED, SPAYED/NEUTERED AND RECEIVE ALL NEEDED SHOTS, AND RETURNED TO THE AREA WHERE THEY WERE LIVING UNLESS SATISFACTORY HOMES CAN BE FOUND EITHER IN OUR LOCAL AREA OR THROUGH A TRANSPORT TO NORTHERN STATES.
