United4Hope (U4H) connected 180 churches to 83 public schools to see our students thrive and our communities transformed. The four pillars of U4H include Student Achievement, Support for Teachers, Staff and Administration, Family Engagement, and In-Kind Donations. The U4H team recruits, trains and coordinates church volunteers; aligning volunteer efforts with school leadership and staff priorities; assisting schools with student support initiatives such as tutoring, mentoring, attendance encouragement, and enrichment programs; and mobilizing community resources to meet identified needs within school communities. U4H also emphasizes relationship-building and collaboration, helping churches understand public school environments and enabling schools to leverage community support in a coordinated and sustainable methodology. United4Hope develops a close working relationship with the Metro Nashville Public School and the Franklin Special District leadership to support the partnerships to flourish.

United4Pastors is a program of Operation Andrew Group that worked with approximately 225 pastors. Operation Andrew Group serves as a community of pastors, for pastors, throughout the Greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. United4Pastors unites, strengthens, and creates collaboration with Christian church leaders across ecumenical, racial, neighborhood, socio-economic, and diverse lived experiences to live out John 17:21. United4Pastors engages pastors by providing resourcing, strengthening their churches, and deepening unity amongst Christian faith leaders through roundtable discussions, cohorts, retreats, and affinity conversations. United4Pastors cares for pastors, ministers and priests by equipping, supporting, and providing opportunities to collaborate by utilizing the four greats of Jesus. The Great Commandment (care for their own souls), The Great Collaboration (care for their relationships), The Great Commission (care for their leadership) and The Great Compassion (care for their mission), and it is through these four areas of engagement that pastors have expressed desire for support. United4Pastors is committed to creating authentic and safe spaces to build relationships with one another that encourage and facilitate a flourishing culture for both leaders and our community.
