Revenue surged 86% from the prior year, signaling strong growth momentum. The organization ran a surplus of $130K, a strong 36% operating margin.
The SOS Animal Adoption Center is a no-kill dog and cat rescue. After the animals are rescued, they are seen by a veterinarian. If they are not neutered, they are at that time, made current on vaccinations, microchipped, and then housed in our facility, which can accommodate approximately 60 dogs and 35 cats. When an appropriate adopter is located, the animal is released to that individual.
The only program service that we offer is the rescuing and adopting out of lost and/or abandoned dogs and cats. Our expenses are limited to veterinary bills, and our revenue consists of adoption fees.
