WINSTON COUNTY FARM BUREAU PARTICIPATES ANNUAL IN THE SAFETY PROGRAMS THAT ARE OFFERED THROUGH THE MISSISSIPPI FARM BUREAU FEDERATION. SEVERAL CPR AND FIRST AID CLASSES ARE TAUGHT THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. FATAL VISION/TEXTING PROGRAMS, LAWN/TRACTOR SAFETY PROGRAMS ARE ALSO TAUGHT. IN ADDITION THE WOMENS COMMITTEE PROVIDE PROGRAMS IN THE SCHOOL TO ENCOURAGE FUTURE INTEREST IN A CAREER IN AGRICULTURAL.
