Housing Education and Economic Development (HEED) undertook a Comprehensive Housing Counseling project for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As part of this project, HEED provided homebuyer education to 3 persons. HEED also provided one-on-one housing counseling to 76 households, including homeless, pre-purchase, post-purchase, rental and mortgage default. The total number of households served was 79.
HEED contracted with MS Home Saver program to provide processing of Homeowner Assistance Fund applications to assist homeowners affected by Covid-19 in reinstating their mortgage loans
