BENEVOLENCE LOAE DISTRIBUTES FOOD, TOILETRY AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS TO NEEDY INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES AND TO OTHER 501c3 ORGANIZATIONS WHO ALSO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE NEEDY. THIS INCLUDES MONTHLY DISTRIBUTIONS TO APPROXIMATELY 900 QUALIFIED LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS FAMILIES AS WELL AS EMERGENCY FOOD ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. LOAE HAS AN APPLICATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS AND KEEPS DETAILED RECORDS OF THOSE ASSISTED. OVER 1.5 MILLION POUNDS OF FOOD WERE DISTRIBUTED TO OVER 7,000 NEEDY FAMILIES IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER CHARITIES THAT WERE SUPPORTED.
LOAE PROVIDES CHARITABLE GIVING TO OTHER 501c3 ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPORT THEIR ACTIVITIES SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY. EACH MONTH A DIFFERENT CHARITY IS SELECTED TO RECEIVE A 250 DONATION.
