THE CENTER HAS APPROXIMATELY 165 MEMBERS AND PROVIDES EXERCISE CLASSES, STABILITY AND WEIGHT CONTROL TRAINING AS WELL AS INSTRUCTIONS IN SPANISH, WRITING, AND COMPUTER SKILLS. THE CENTER RECEIVES FOOD DONATIONS FROM LOCAL MERCHANTS AND RECYCLES THEM TO ITS MEMBERS, PARTICULARLY THOSE WITH A NEED. THE SENIOR L.I.F.T. CENTER PROVIDES A PLEASANT, COST-EFFECTIVE METHOD FOR HELPING THE SENIORS IN OUR COMMUNITY REMAIN HEALTHY, SOCIALIZED, ENERGIZED, AND ENGAGED.
