JMJ PROVIDES SUPPORT SERVICES TO ANY WOMAN WHO IS NEED OF HELP DURING AND AFTER HER PREGNANCY. JMJ FOCUSES ON LETTING WOMEN KNOW THAT THEY ARE STRONG AND CAN HAVE A BABY AND FINISH SCHOOL OR CONTINUE TO WORK. JMJ PROVIDES THE NECCESSARY MATERIAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO WOMEN AND THEIR FAMILES FROM THE FIRST DAY THEY VISIT US UP UNTIL THE BABY IS ONE YEAR OLD. JMJ DOES NOT CONSIDER ABORTION A CHOICE, BUT CAN REFER FOR ADOPTION ASSISTANCE THROUGH CATHOLIC CHARITIES. IN 2024, JMJ HAD 2,401 CLIENT VISITS. SERVICES PROVIDED TO CLIENTS, AT NO CHARGE TO THEM INCLUDE: 1) 575 PREGNANCY TESTS 2) 393 ULTRASOUNDS 3) 502 LIFTING LIVES PROGRAM VISITS - THIS IS HOW CLIENTS RECEIVE MATERNITY CLOTHING, BABY SUPPLIES, CAR SEATS, STROLLERS, BABY CLOTHING, ETC. CLIENTS ARE SUPPORTED THROUGH THE LIFTING LIVES PROGRAM FROM THE DAY THEY FIND OUT THEY'RE PREGNANT UNTIL THEIR BABY'S FIRST BIRTHDAY. PRIOR TO HAVING A BABY, A MOM CAN COME IN EVERY MONTH TO GET MATERNITY CLOTHES AND PRENATAL VITAMINS. AFTER HAVING HER BABY, A MOM CAN COME IN EVERY MONTH TO GET BABY SUPPLIES AND OTHER COMMUNITY RESOURCE REFERRALS. 4) 144 HOPE VISITS - THIS IS FOR EMERGENCY ONE-TIME CLIENTS/FAMILIES WHO ARE IN DIRE NEED AND HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO TURN. JMJ USUALLY PROVIDES REFERRAL SERVICES TO PHILANTHROPIC ORGANIZATIONS WHO CAN PROVIDE FURTHER ASSISTANCE TO THESE CLIENTS. SOME OF THEM HAVE BEEN ABUSED, ARE REFUGEES, OR ARE VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING, WHILE OTHERS MAY JUST BE EXPERIENCING A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP DUE TO THE PANDEMIC OR DISPLACEMENT. THE HOPE GIVEAWAY EVENTS ARE USUALLY MADE UP BY OUR VOLUNTEERS OR BY YOUTH GROUPS FROM LOCAL SCHOOLS AND CHURCHES. 5) 65 MEDICAL VISITS
