Including the Food Bank and Thrift Stores described below, we provided goods, services, and financial support to over 155,600 individuals during our fiscal year ended September 30, 2024. The organization operated two Food Banks which served over 71,000 individuals this fiscal year. The larger Food Bank was transferred to Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami on January 1, 2024. Revenues above represent estimated wholesale values of the food donated by local grocery stores, other food producers, and agencies as well as cash contributions used to support this operation. Expenses include the donated food together with costs of operations including depreciation.

Operation of Thrift Shops which, in addition to selling donated items, provided clothing and furniture to 1,213 needy and homeless in South Florida. Revenues include $610,409 of donated goods. Costs include costs of goods sold of $580,086 and other operating costs. The excess of the donation over the goods sold, $30,323, was used to support the cases handled by our Conferences. Sales of donated goods by the two Thirft Shops were $580,086 in the Y/E 9/30/2024.
