SOUTH FLORIDA AFTER-SCHOOL ALL-STARS SERVED 5,496 STUDENTS DURING THE 2024 -2025 FISCAL YEAR WITH COMPREHENSIVE AFTER-SCHOOL AND SUMMER CAMP SERVICES. THE MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS SERVED WERE PROVIDED WITH COURSES IN HOMEWORK ASSISTANCE, CAREER EXPLORATION, SERVICE LEARNING, FITNESS, NUTRITION, HIGH SCHOOL PREPARATION AND LIFE SKILLS. THE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS SERVED WERE PROVIDED WITH THE SAME RANGE OF ACTIVITIES IN ADDITION TO TEST PREP, WORKFORCE DEVEOPMENT AND COLLEGE DUAL ENROLLMENT COURSES. WE PROVIDED SAFE SECURE ENVIRONMENTS, STAFF DEVELOPMENT, AND 2ND JOBS FOR OVER 200 TEACHERS. MOST IMPORTANTLY WE PROVIDED A PLACE FOR KIDS TO HAVE A POSITIVE OUTLET, TO BE AMONG PEERS AND ADULTS WHO CARE FOR THEM. THE GOAL WAS AND STILL IS TO HELP THEM GROW INTO PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
