Alpha Educational Foundation during the 2022 year partnered with Metropolitan Transitional Academy to facilitate a private school during the academic year to serve 9th-12th grade students with an alternative educational environment. Fall term 12 students were enrolled and in the Spring term 11 students were enrolled to give them educational instruction. Alpha Educational Foundation partnered with the Department of Juvenile Justice to provide a network of community service projects for youth that were court ordered individuals to complete service hours. Alpha Educational Foundation conducted various ongoing community service projects at the Judge Rodgers Center for Community Development accommodating over 40 youth. Partnering with other organizations we have provided food distribution on a weekly basis, several thousand pounds of food products. Monthly distribution to families (adults, children, elderly) avg. 900-1200 individuals. Our organization also has provided a special food project with Farm Share biannually serving an additional 600-700 individuals at the center. Alpha Educational Foundation through our mentoring program Men of Tomorrow has provided support for the underserved minority teens in Palm Beach county with various workshops, seminars and special event activities. The program attendance averaged 28-35 youth weekly. The mentoring program expanded in the county to include the Western communities (Belle Glade, Pahokee, and South Bay communities). Youth were presented various topics at seminars and workshops, such as crime prevention education, mental health awareness, life skills, educational assessment, etc.
