ALL GRANTS OR OTHER DISTRIBUTIONS OF OCIF, NFP WILL BE MADE TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS SUPPORTING MEDICAL TREATMENT, ADVANCEMENT, CARE, AND EDUCATION. ANY SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS DISTRIBUTED TO INDIVIDUALS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THOSE ATTENDING MEDICAL SCHOOL FOR MEDICAL EDUCATION. SUCH USE WILL BE INSURED BY OCIF, NFP PAYING ALL SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS DIRECTLY TO THE SCHOOL. OCIF WILL MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS ONLY TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THAT FURTHER ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE. ANY SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE BENEFIT OF INDIVIDUAL MEDICAL SCHOOL STUDENTS WILL PAID DIRECTLY TO THE SCHOOL.
