Educational and Management Development Training Program. Through the educational and management training program offered over 300 independent child care centers business were impacted. Through the training offered the impacted child care centers were able to update administrative permit documents and applicable laws in accordance with the regulations for this type of organization in Puerto Rico. The centers achieved significant improvements in their infrastructure to provide better services to the population of children they serve. The Centers received monetary relief in relation to payroll payments and recurring utilities expenses to raise their budget and thus be able to continue operating.
