Direct service staff provide psycho-social support services for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking such as individual therapy, individual case management, support groups, financial coaching, housing and legal services. Facilitation staff provide workshops, training and leadership development opportunities for women and girls regarding health promotion and violence prevention.

PEACE AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMATIC INITIATIVE's goal is to reduce violence in community settings and foster economic growth and employment opportunities for at-risk youth. Community outreach staff provide individual case management services, build relationships with at-risk youth and their support systems, and organize community events to strengthen peace-building dynamics. Violence interruption staff provide de-escalation and conflict mediation in community settings, and facilitate conversations that enable changes in behavior of at-risk youth. Facilitation staff provide workshops, vocational training and job placement opportunities for at-risk youth and community members.
