Proyecto Sigue Adelante-Our SIGUE ADELANTE (Move Forward) project offers psychosocial and educational services to people living with HIV/AIDS and their relatives; emergency assistance (utility payments for energy, water and gas; transportation to medical appointments and support services; food vouchers; nutritional supplements; medical equipment; dental services; eyeglasses; medications not covered by their medical insurance, and others); psychosocial support services (clinical social work, support groups, and linkages to advanced mental health services, among others) and empowering educational services to improve their quality of life so they can remain in clinical care and adhere to treatments. Our current caseload is 180 HIV/Aids participants, of which 170 are active in support services among a broader caseload of over 300 identified individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

Proyecto Abriendo Oportunidades-Proyecto Abriendo Oportunidades (PAO) offers: Psychosocial and educational services for youth ages 17-25 with experiences of trauma. Leadership development, mentoring and empowerment tools are provided. The participant has a constant and deep interaction with himself, his peers, family and environment. The educational module (12 sessions) is divided into 3 stages: Stage 1: Naked Heart, where issues of self-knowledge, self-esteem, proactivity and personal goals are covered. Stage 2: Shared Heart with topics on empathy and otherness, interpersonal relationships, perception and understanding, and conflict resolution. Stage 3: Burning Heart, where issues of cooperation and unity, intergenerational power, social responsibility and self-awareness are addressed. Each bi-weekly 1-hour session concludes with "challenges" (bi-weekly challenges/missions) which serve as an introduction to the topics or as practice for that topic. Total of client served are 30 in individual session and 15 in group sessions.
