The primary objective for CDBG-DR is to provide disaster relief long-term recovery restoration of infrastructure and housing and economic revitalization in the most impacted and distressed areas resulting from a major disaster. PRTEC offers the following programs under this award: Workforce Training Program WFT and Small Business Incubators and Accelerators Program SBIA. The objective of the WFT program is to prepare Puerto Rican residents with the skills required to secure employment in industries that will drive the islands economy. The SBIA program provides business development technical assistance programming related to the incubation and or acceleration of small and new businesses and associated activities.
