PARACa is a training program for young university students and recent graduates known for their leadership. The program seeks to train the next generation of conscious sensitive and effective Changemakers willing to work for a better Puerto Rico. PARACa has two annual sessions: the summer session consists of an 8-week internship program that supports their professional development strengthens their leadership and sensitizes their perspective over Puerto Ricos issues. The year-long session consists of a 12-month internship program which promotes the progression of leadership development by strengthening skills deepening knowledge and career development by focusing on specific functional areas.

#EnAccin is a civic action program aimed at young university students and professionals with a social commitment to Puerto Rico. The program seeks to develop a systematic perspective among participants to form leaders capable of carrying out social initiatives and projects of impact for Puerto Rico. The main components of #EnAccin are the intensive advocacy and organizing training curriculum connection to a peer network and mentorship through the process of incubating an advocacy project.

Events - Our events bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds and disciplines to learn contribute and exchange experiences and ideas about the realities of Puerto Rico. Within these events our organization has a series of events known as Cafe Conciencia. Cafe Conciencia brings together students young professionals and the general public to discuss local and global relevant topics. Using local restaurants coffee shops book stores and other inclusive locations the program reunites each month. Educational and advocacy campaigns - We hold campaigns to educate the public about our mission. The campaigns have included the Agents of Change campaign which visualizes the social engagement of young leaders in Puerto Rico and #EsMiTurno which seeks to amplify the voice of young leaders in the election periods.
